Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 10+ years of litigation experience defending legal or accounting professionals and firms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑party litigation.
• National‑level experience; class actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead counsel in litigation involving legal/ accounting malpractice and related disputes.
• Advise clients on risk management, ethics, licensing, partnerships and governance.
• Proactively manage a litigation caseload end‑to‑end.
• Conduct legal research related to regulatory standards.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings; attend hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and grow client relationships.
• Collaborate across practice groups to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to business development.
• Represent the firm via thought leadership and external engagements.
