Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and California bar admission.
• 10+ years of litigation experience with exposure to legal/accounting professionals.
• Experience managing complex, multi-party litigation and advising on regulatory matters.

• Serve as lead counsel in malpractice litigation and related governance matters.
• Advise clients on risk management, ethics, licensing, and M&A activity.
• Proactively manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda; attend hearings and depositions.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to business development.
