LVI Associates is seeking a full-time, experienced Professional Land Surveyor to lead technically complex survey projects and mentor staff in Albuquerque. You will manage project delivery, quality, scope, schedule, and budget while supporting business growth and client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the design, engineering, and surveying industry and a strong commitment to professional excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with leadership experience.
• 8+ years of surveying experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of design, engineering, and surveying industry.
• Experience managing technically complex projects and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee surveying tasks including ALTA/NSPS, plats, deeds, descriptions.
• Lead large, technically complex survey projects from start to finish.
• Mentor staff and develop team capabilities.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client relationships; support BD efforts.
• Enforce QA/QC procedures and deliver high-quality surveying solutions.
