Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of surveying experience, a PLS license (LSIT with PM considered), and proficiency with Carlson Survey, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD. You will mentor staff, oversee budgets, and ensure delivery excellence on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in surveying with leadership and PM responsibilities.
• PLS license strongly preferred; LSIT considered with PM experience.
• Proficiency with Carlson Survey, Civil 3D, AutoCAD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex survey projects from proposal through final deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight for boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, utility, easement, and construction surveys.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing allocations, and overall project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, developers, and municipal agencies.
• Oversee and mentor survey crews, project surveyors, CAD staff, and junior team members.
• Review field data, calculations, plats, and survey deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate closely with licensed surveyors and engineering teams to maintain project quality standards.
• Support business development efforts, client retention, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and best practices across survey operations.
• Provide leadership on construction support, layout, and stakeout projects.
