Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RLS) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive surveying experience including project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple surveying projects from proposal through completion.
- Lead field crews, CAD technicians, project surveyors and junior staff.
- Review and certify surveys, plats, and survey deliverables.
- Serve as primary client contact and support business development.
- Develop scopes of work, budgets, and fee estimates.
- Coordinate field operations, data collection, and post-processing.
