gpac seeks a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to tackle complex boundary challenges and mentor project teams. You will apply professional judgement across diverse projects, ensuring accuracy and defensibility in deliverables while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree and licensure requirements with several years of progressive surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, regulations, and standards.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Analyze deeds, plats, title reports and historical survey records.
• Lead production of boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, plats, and right-of-way surveys.
• QA/QC to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Mentor field and office staff and coordinate project scope and schedules.
• Support proposals, estimates, and workload planning.
