Competenze

• 2+ years of land surveying experience, residential and commercial projects preferred.
• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure quickly.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and field instrumentation.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication with engineers, clients, and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead and motivate survey crews, drafting technicians, and project teams.
• Prepare and review survey documents, including boundary surveys and construction calculations.
• Research and produce sealed documents such as Right-of-Way maps and easements.
• Oversee field survey work: property lines, construction staking, topographic surveys.
