Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Productivity discipline within the Organization, People & Change Practice. You will lead client workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver measurable improvements in operational performance and productivity across industries.

You will design future-state processes, analyze capacity and labor metrics, and develop implementation roadmaps while applying AI, automation, and data-driven insights to drive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in business, engineering, operations, analytics, industrial engineering, organizational development, or a related field
• Experience leading workstreams focused on process optimization, workforce productivity, and operating model transformation
• Exposure to AI, automation, and advanced analytics in business processes
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
