Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent electronics training/experience.
• High-power electronics or high-power avionics experience may substitute for formal education.
• Typically 2–4 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and troubleshoot complex assemblies and/or final systems using standard test equipment and analyze results to evaluate performance.
• Set up specialized test equipment and collect/evaluate operating data.
• Troubleshoot, rework and perform quality testing related to production of parts and assemblies.
• Work with engineers to develop methods and procedures to modify manufacturing processes.
