Job summary

Astronics AES in Redmond, WA is seeking a Production Test Technician for the Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun, 5:30 am–6:30 pm). The role focuses on testing assembled electronics with emphasis on 5S, safety, calibration and quality while following SOPs. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Requires an Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent, plus 1–2 years of related experience; high-power electronics/avionics experience may substitute education. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field
• 1–2 years direct experience in essential functions
• High-power electronics or avionics experience may substitute for formal education

Responsibilities

• Set up, test and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments and assemblies
• Test and troubleshoot simpler assemblies and final systems
• May perform occasional rework on assemblies or systems
• Prepare reports summarizing findings
• Assist in setup of specialized test equipment
• Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity
