RTX is seeking a Sr. Production Test Engineer to join our Huntsville manufacturing team. You will validate hardware against data packages, troubleshoot failures, and drive efficiency in test processes within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years in manufacturing and hardware testing, plus the ability to obtain ATF access. Onsite work at Redstone Arsenal supports critical defense programs and advanced testing capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Experience with hardware testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsabilidades

• Validate prime hardware against technical data package requirements.
• Troubleshoot and improve test processes and yields.
• Lead test equipment maintenance and obsolescence planning.
• Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
• Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package.
• Lead non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair.
• Lead root cause investigations and present findings.
• Perform risk assessments and support the program's risk register.
