Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing.
- Technical aptitude: troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced machinery and assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Machine setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of production equipment.
- Operate and manage startup/shutdown of advanced machinery to produce high-quality finished products.
- Collaborate with engineering to evaluate system effectiveness, develop procedures, and create training materials.
- Address production quality issues and escalate unresolved concerns to supervisors or quality teams.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, participate in Kaizen events and complete A3 improvement plans.
