Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on chemical manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership and shift supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, or Engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety systems and work permits.
• Autonomous maintenance or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as equipment and area owner; in absence of Shift Supervisor, assume duties.
• Assign shift personnel to work areas and balance staffing.
• Complete transactional work orders and material movements.
• Ensure readiness of utilities and operate equipment per SOPs.
• Record data, monitor process parameters, and report anomalies.
• Lead safety, quality, and housekeeping on shift.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities.
