Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Production Support Specialist to join our NHQ team. If you’ve supported production in roofing, construction, restoration, or fast-paced field operations, you already know this job isn’t for beginners.

A detail‑driven, high‑urgency professional who moves jobs forward and supports crews with precision will thrive here. This role emphasizes materials coordination, scheduling, job flow, and the operational heartbeat of successful roofing projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in production support or project coordination.
• Experience in roofing/construction or insurance restoration preferred.
• Strong scheduling, materials coordination, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and ownership mentality.
• Familiarity with suppliers (ABC, SRS, Beacon).

Responsibilities

• Support multiple production managers and active jobs.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and job readiness.
• Manage job flow from assignment to final completion.
• Maintain documentation, photos, permits, and warranties.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, crews, and vendors.
• Assist with scheduling builds, inspections, and follow‑up work.
• Update CRM systems and job files in real time.
• Troubleshoot job issues quickly and escalate when needed.
