Job summary

Synstack Technologies is seeking an experienced software professional to support mission-critical Java applications and L3 production incidents in fast-paced retail and supply chain environments.

You will own triage, debugging, and rapid restoration of services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive production readiness initiatives across cloud and on-prem platforms, including incident bridges and postmortems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java development and L3 production support for business-critical apps.

• Experience with WMS/ERP platforms, preferably Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, HighJump, Körber, or similar.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory, order processing, shipping, receiving, and retail fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, SQL, and database technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting WMS/ERP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Lead L3 incident management, including triage, incident bridges, RCA, and postmortem activities.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Nagios, ProTop.
• Strong understanding of L1/L2/L3 support models, SOPs, runbooks, escalation processes, and production readiness.
• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, supply chain, warehouse, or omnichannel environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in Agile environments.

Job description

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory, order processing, shipping, receiving, and retail fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, SQL, and database technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting WMS/ERP integrations with enterprise applications and resolving production issues.
• Lead L3 incident management, including triage, incident bridges, workaround identification, RCA, and postmortem activities.
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Nagios, ProTop, or similar.
• Strong understanding of L1/L2/L3 support models, SOPs, runbooks, escalation processes, and production readiness.
• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, supply chain, warehouse, or omnichannel environments, including peak/holiday periods.
• Strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in Agile environments.
