Qualifications

• 5+ years in production or similar support roles.
• Experience with modern application environments, APIs, integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage incidents, reproduce issues and escalate as needed.
• Support live releases and post-release stabilization.
• Document incidents and coordinate handoffs to Eng/QA.
• Translate technical issues into business impact statements.
