You will hire, train, and develop staff, maintain production reports, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 10+ years leadership and people-management experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred for strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment, quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and resolve production problems with staff.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff; handle grievances.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
