Job summary

Technology Resource Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for automotive operations in Lansing, Michigan. The role focuses on leading manufacturing teams, optimizing processes, and sustaining high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will supervise daily production activities, drive continuous improvement, monitor safety, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet schedule commitments. Employment is full-time with on-site responsibilities in Michigan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in production supervision.
• Strong verbal communication, detail orientation, and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, designs, maintenance, and manufacturing blueprints.
