Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, safety tours, and enforcing shop rules while coordinating with teams to meet department objectives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of supervision, strong communication, and knowledge of scheduling systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or technical training.
• At least 10 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling and quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel and support hourly employees with needs and concerns.
• Address performance behaviors and acknowledge positives; address negatives.
• Use Quality Network problem solving to address opportunities and engage workforce.
• Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) to improve layouts and efficiency.
• Update Timekeeping System daily for payroll accuracy.
• Document problem solving using the A-3 format.
• Lead daily meetings to review performance and gather feedback.
• Conduct weekly safety observation tours and plan workloads.
