Pacific Seafood seeks a Production Supervisor II to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production operations in Woodland. You will manage processes, schedules, and product flow while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organized planning, and hands‑on leadership with responsibilities spanning inventory control, process improvement, and team development. Excellent knowledge of APC, AS400, Word and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and APC.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, AS400 and APC.

Responsabilités

• Production management and efficiency: optimize recoveries, refine processes, manage inventory and APC records.
• Team leadership and communication: oversee team metrics, cover production areas, plan vacations, lead meetings.
• Administrative duties and development: track products using AS400, perform daily inventory and quality checks, forecast processing needs.
• Safety advocacy and compliance: maintain safety, report issues, ensure proper labeling and storage.
