Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train hourly employees and oversee shop floor operations.
• Support Lean process improvements and production scheduling.
• Provide accurate production status updates to management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to specification; monitor safety and efficiency.
• Mentor and supervise employees; conduct coaching where needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations to resolve issues.
