Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, food science or related discipline; 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and GMP/HACCP understanding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality and efficiency initiatives across production lines.
• Coach and develop team leads and operators with KPI targets.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• Own continuous improvement projects and line audits.
• Provide technical support and SAP super-user assistance.
