MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Manager for our client in Walterboro, SC. You will lead production operations, oversee personnel, manage schedules and resources, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safe, accurate, efficient, on-time manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Operations/Manufacturing/Business or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet schedules safely and on time.
• Plan staffing, workflow, and priorities to maximize productivity.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, inventory transactions, and documentation.
• Partner with Maintenance/Logistics to maximize uptime and material availability.
• Develop cross-training plans to improve workforce flexibility.
