Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly objectives and assign tasks.
• Monitor production, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Maintain KPI ownership and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and ERP data entry.
• Lead performance feedback and development for team members.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies across the department.
• Collaborate with other functions to optimize scheduling and throughput.
