Pregis is hiring a Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift to lead a manufacturing team and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while advancing waste reduction and sustainability goals. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years of people leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a proven ability to develop talent and improve operations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant manufacturing experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift to ensure production goals for safety, quality, output, and efficiency are met.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and daily work assignments to keep production running.
• Monitor production performance and work with the team to solve problems quickly.
• Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals and hold employees accountable for results.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on safety procedures, quality standards, equipment operation, and work instructions.
