Pregis in Garland, TX seeks a Production Supervisor II to lead a manufacturing team, drive safety, quality, and cost performance, and deliver on waste reduction goals. You will manage a shift, mentor team members, and partner with managers to optimize daily operations and execution.

The successful candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong Excel/ERP knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.
• Strong background in manufacturing and production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise production team and shift.
• Manage labor to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them.
• Ensure safety, quality, and SOP compliance across operations.
• Maintain production records and KPI reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
