Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.
• Strong background in manufacturing and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise production team and shift.
• Manage labor to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them.
• Ensure safety, quality, and SOP compliance across operations.
• Maintain production records and KPI reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
