Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. You’ll oversee daily production operations, lead a team of manufacturing employees, and help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

This role covers both 1st shift and 2nd shift with competitive pay: 1st shift $85,000-$100,000 and 2nd shift $85,000-$110,000, plus weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• HVAC production experience strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators and technicians.
• Ensure production schedules are met with quality and efficiency.
• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections of finished goods.
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety policies, training, and procedures.
• Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement.

Compensation: 1st shift $85,000-$100,000 annually – paid weekly | 2nd shift $85,000-110,000

Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM-1:30 AM | 1st Shift Monday-Thursday (9 hour days) and Friday (4 hour days)

What You’ll Do as a Senior Production Supervisor:
