Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry preferred.
• Experience in cleanroom environments or high-purity processes strongly desired.
• Knowledge of cycle time, yield, or cost improvement projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing personnel in cleaning, coating, and contamination control processes.
• Develop work schedules and manage shift coverage.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; maintain training/skill matrices.
• Oversee production issues for the shift and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area to cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate with materials, engineering, and quality teams to meet delivery and quality targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and complete assigned projects.
