Job summary

UCT is seeking a talented Technician Lead to join our Phoenix, AZ team. This role leads production workflow, ensures safety and quality, and drives continuous improvement in a high-purity cleaning environment.

You will mentor staff, monitor KPI targets, and support the Production Supervisor in daily operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience and strong computer skills in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical associate degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience with parts cleaning or coating technologies is a plus.
• Leadership experience and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production workflow across departments.
• Monitor safety, quality and productivity against KPI targets.
• Train and develop team members as needed.
• Suggest improvements to safety, quality and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation on safety, quality and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with supervisor to implement corrective actions.
