Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision to cleanroom technicians in conformance with company policies and procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate cleanroom equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise the cleanroom processes in accordance with SOP and established policies and methods to meet production commitments.
• Support and enforce company policies, practices, EHS and GMPs.
• Assist in development and enforcement of quality policies.
• Develop process improvements and efficiencies.
• Train and instruct cleanroom employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor cleanroom work activities.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where an analysis of the situation or data requires a review of identifiable causes.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
• Act as advisor to cleanroom lead to resolve problems.
• Provide analytical data on cleanroom metrics and present information.
