The position offers a competitive salary in the $85,000–$100,000 range, with benefits and weekly pay. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity in Dayton, MN.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished products.
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirements.
• Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
