Qualifications

• 4+ years of related industrial maintenance experience and/or training
• Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and solve practical problems
• Ability to read and interpret complex instructions and manuals
• Strong math and basic geometry skills
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor
• Sound judgment and efficient time management

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production, packaging, and facility equipment
• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems including PLCs, motors, wiring, and schematics
• Operate MVP One CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance schedules
• Install new equipment and conduct routine inspections
• Ensure safe work practices and GMP compliance in production areas
• Maintain spare parts inventory and keep the workspace organized
