Senior Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Location: SPA LLC. – Milford, OH

Spa LLC., a TRG Company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Production Supervisor in Milford, OH, on 3rd shift. The supervisor oversees the daily operation of production lines and manages employee job functions to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Shift Details

3rd shift hours: Sunday through Wednesday, 8 pm – 6:30 am. Additional hours, including weekends, may be required based on business needs.

• Assist in setup and tear-down of production lines
• Lead team projects and coordinate personnel
• Optimize production schedules for cost, quality, and service
• Report on materials usage and quality control
• Communicate material needs and perform maintenance requests
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly
• Maintain safety standards and good housekeeping
• Cross-train and adapt to different shifts as needed
• Work overtime as required
• Attend to additional duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
