Senior Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Location: SPA LLC. – Milford, OH

Spa LLC., a TRG Company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Production Supervisor in Milford, OH, on 3rd shift. The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operation of production lines and manages employees' job functions to ensure tasks are completed correctly and timely.

Shift hours: Sunday through Wednesday, 8pm – 6:30am; additional hours, including weekends, may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions from the Production Manager
  • Assist with setup and tear-down of line components
  • Lead and collaborate on assembly line projects
  • Allocate personnel to optimize productivity
  • Adhere to and improve production schedules to meet goals
  • Report and track materials and quality metrics
  • Monitor quality control aspects such as component quantity, safety, and lot control
  • Notify management of material shortages
  • Submit maintenance work orders and maintain equipment proactively
  • Complete paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Practice safety and maintain good housekeeping
  • Cross-train and switch duties as needed
  • Be flexible to work other shifts for training purposes
  • Work overtime as required
  • Maintain regular attendance
