Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead mid-to-long term supply chain efficiency projects for Powertrain. You will coordinate across Toyota functions, suppliers, and HQ to optimize capacity, cost, and production flexibility. Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management are essential.

The role requires travel ~10%, on-site work three days a week, and a track record of delivering KPI-driven results in complex studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience coordinating complex cross-functional studies to achieve KPIs.
• Self-driven with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills across cultures and org boundaries.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~10%).
• Ability to work on site 3 days per week or more.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for Make vs Buy studies, capacity studies and commodity strategies.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Toyota functions, suppliers and HQ to hit KPIs.
• Visually summarize project status, risks and outlook for executives.
• Organize working groups, analyze data, and provide strategic sourcing insights.
• Support SOP development and drive process improvements.
• Lead analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
