Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Senior Analyst in Plano to drive inventory planning and demand forecasting for service parts across North America. You will support improvement efforts, lead cross-functional projects, and apply Toyota Business Practices and TPS principles to optimize stock levels and profitability.

You will collaborate with Parts Supply Chain Operations, Advanced Planning, Production Strategy, and related groups while leveraging data analytics tools to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data tools is required.
• 5+ years of planning, supply operations and/or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong data mining and analysis skills for supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning and demand forecasting for service parts in North America.
• Validate inbound/outbound forecasting processes with rigorous logic.
• Analyze inputs like lead times, forecast error, demand variability, and safety stock.
• Develop inventory simulation models and assess impact on business objectives.
• Support obsolescence root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Collaborate across functions on high-visibility projects and improvements.
