Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Scheduler Supervisor to oversee production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment. You will develop production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management, with ERP experience (SAP) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Analyze demand, forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity to develop production plans.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure resources and schedules.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to address priorities and shortages.
• Support capacity planning across multiple production lines and work centers.
• Track production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and changes to stakeholders.
• Assist with inventory management to balance production and service goals.
• Ensure plans maximize plant utilization.
