Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize capacity and on-time delivery.
• Execute MRP activities for materials and finished goods.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor purchase orders with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound international shipments and warehouse deliveries.
• Manage replenishment of consumables for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and stocking parameters.
• Analyze inventory performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to align plans with demand.
• Collaborate with Shipping and Logistics to ensure timely material movement.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S continuous improvement.
