Hitachi Energy seeks a Senior Production Scheduler to lead production planning, ensuring resources and priorities align to deliver quality products on time at scale. You will optimize schedules, mentor the team, and drive performance with KPIs while partnering across supply chain, engineering, and quality functions to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in manufacturing planning and scheduling.
• Strong expertise in APS tools and ERP systems (SAP highly desirable).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturing lines.
• Use APS and ERP systems to optimize scheduling and monitor execution.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, sales, and quality teams.
• Adjust schedules in response to disruptions and changing priorities.
• Track KPIs for adherence and resource utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Mentor team members and share scheduling best practices.
