Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Master Scheduler for Fort Worth, TX, to own the master production schedule for a defined value stream and ensure level-loaded production aligned with demand and material constraints.

You will collaborate across Planning, Production, Materials, and Commercial teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, driving improvements in service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in master scheduling or materials planning.
• 5+ years of MPS, MRP and ERP planning logic, time fences and planning bills.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification preferred.
• Experience with SIOP/S&OP processes and Lean principles.
• Strong Excel data-analysis and scenario modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) for the assigned value stream.
• Balance demand against capacity and material availability, escalating constraints early.
• Convert the demand plan into an executable, level-loaded build schedule.
• Manage schedule changes, expirations, and trade-offs to protect customer commitments.
• Own MPS parameters, time fences and planning bills in the ERP.
• Partner with Planning, Production, Materials and Commercial in the SIOP/S&OP process.
• Analyze adherence-to-plan, past-due and service KPIs and drive corrective actions.
