Zusammenfassung

Temporal Technologies seeks a Senior Professional Services Engineer to help customers move from design to production-ready execution, establishing reliable delivery patterns and scalable operational standards across cloud and self-hosted environments.

You will co-build workflows with customer teams, teach production-safe patterns, and own complex delivery issues end-to-end while improving observability and documentation for repeatable success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering and operating production systems where reliability and incident response matter.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, failure modes, scaling tradeoffs, and operational safety.
• Hands-on coding ability in at least one major language such as Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud and/or self-hosted environments.
• Ability to design and communicate operational standards, including on-call readiness and runbooks.

Aufgaben

• Deliver production-ready Temporal implementations with customer and partner teams.
• Teach production-safe workflow patterns including retries, timeouts, heartbeats, determinism, and versioning.
• Identify blockers and remove escalation risks before they arise.
• Help customers stand up and operate Temporal Server in production (cloud or self-hosted).
• Define worker deployment, scaling, and upgrade strategies with guardrails.
