Responsibilities

• Direct subordinates to meet quality and regulatory standards (OSHA, FDA, AIB).
• Maintain a pleasant and safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Direct daily production activities and demands.
• Set production goals for subordinates to meet.
• Review and approve purchases and expenditures; assist capital projects.
• Order, receive, and store supplies.
• Follow and enforce EEO, Harassment, Safety, and SOX policies.
