• Directs daily production activities and demands.
• Sets production goals for subordinates to meet.
• Reviews and approves purchases and expenditures; assists with capital projects.
• Orders, receives, and stores supplies.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley).
• Performs other duties integral to the job as assigned.

Bringing Home the Dough

Responsible for meeting manufacturing profits and loss goals. Directs and manages all production and sanitation activities. Ensure product quality and adherence to all applicable standards. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

• Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and practicing and complying
  

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

Greater than 7 years experience required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. Completion of AIB Master Baker program and completion of formal management skills training.

Salary Range - $109k -- $121K
