Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of production experience or Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience.
• 2 or more years of direct management experience.
• Experience interpreting technical documents (i.e. schematics, test data, etc).
• Experience with MS Office Suite Products (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and/or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience presenting to leadership or site leadership.
• US Citizenship Required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects and phases of Assembly and/or Test operations in the Factory.
• Lead in Technical Guidance, Process Development, Continuous Improvement, Capacity Planning, Cost/Benefit Analysis, Manpower Planning, Staffing, AS9100 and auditable processes.
• Ensure Quality, Cost and timely Delivery of Product.
• Manage Safety and Morale of assigned personnel.
• Identify process problems and develop solutions.
• Focus on reducing costs and increasing efficiency while maintaining adaptability to change.
