Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Execution Senior Program Manager in Tucson, AZ. You will lead production for US Army and FMS customers on the Excalibur 1b contract, overseeing cross‑functional teams, risk and opportunity management, and tight schedule control.

You will report to the Excalibur 1b Program Associate Director and work with senior leadership to meet contract and financial commitments, including frequent customer reviews and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Experience supporting development, capture, production, and/or sustainment programs in the aerospace and defense industry
• Leadership experience
• Experience leading EAC process and risk and opportunity management
• Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a program

Responsibilities

• Support and drive AOP objectives and action plans
• Lead the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
• Execute daily program management and cadence such as risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract / financial commitments
• Lead production proposal activities
• Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon's IPDS tool GEM, and both corporate- and business-level policies and procedures
• Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments that enable program success drivers by program leadership teams
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
