Job summary

Flex Technology Group is seeking an experienced Production Print Service Technician (Service Technician III) to provide advanced support for copiers, printers, and multifunction devices across an assigned territory in Dublin, CA. This senior-level role leads escalations, mentors technicians, and strengthens customer relationships.

You'll diagnose complex issues, configure workflows, and ensure SLA performance while collaborating with leadership and sales to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of copier/printer service experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across office technology.
• Experience with Ricoh, Canon and/or Konica Minolta production lines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Lead complex service calls, installations, and customer escalations.
• Configure device connectivity, network integration, and scan/print workflows.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining SLA performance goals.
• Support and mentor junior technicians through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
• Partner with leadership and sales teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, parts inventory, and expense reporting.
• Stay current on industry trends through ongoing technical training and certifications.
