Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of individuals and project teams in production planning.
• Act as liaison between operations and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations).
• Facilitate clear and timely communication to ensure smooth product workflow.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning models for accurate work center throughput expectations.
• Analyze production data to forecast future capacity needs and adjust plans.
• Ensure dispatch reports reflect accurate production status and capacity utilization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
