Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN seeks a PPC Manager to lead end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and control for a high-volume facility. You will optimize master schedules and drive on-time delivery while managing a team of 18 schedulers.

The role emphasizes ERP/MES utilization, continuous improvement, and collaboration across Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Operations to meet demand and uphold safety and ISO standards.

Formación

• Bachelor7s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management or related field; master7s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of production planning/scheduling experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification required.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP, MES (Delmia Apriso preferred), scheduling tools, Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, communication, stakeholder management and team-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end PPC strategy, processes, and scheduling across all manufacturing operations.
• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with demand, capacity, inventory and delivery targets.
• Drive production execution, monitor performance, and resolve scheduling deviations.
• Lead and develop a team of 18 schedulers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Represent the site in S&OP, supplier and capacity planning reviews.
• Champion ERP/MES utilization, digitalization and planning automation.
