Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and drive safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals. You will develop skills through the matrix, coach team members, and ensure accurate timekeeping and performance evaluations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership in high-volume settings. Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, and related systems is expected; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings; write detailed reports; proficient in process improvement.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP, Time & Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

• Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment with open communication.
• Conducts performance evaluations and timecard inputs.
• Supports Electrolux Management System and implements continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
• Leads line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving, and labor map adherence.
• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
