Safran Seats in Gainesville, Texas, is seeking a Production Planning Manager to lead the planning department (5–8 direct reports) and shape production strategies for aerospace seating. You will drive KPI reporting, capacity planning, and process improvements to sustain on-time delivery and product quality.

The role requires a strong background in MRP/ERP systems, manufacturing processes, and supervisory experience, with English proficiency and a focus on safety and collaboration.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years in a supply chain/operational environment or 6 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience supervising subordinates is required.
• English proficiency; strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and manufacturing tech.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the production planning department (5–8 direct reports).
• Evaluate production planning process effectiveness and conduct regular reviews.
• Attend and lead meetings; monitor Manufacturing, Planning, NPI, line fill rates and related supply chain issues.
